Create a sweet treat for your loved one this Valentine's Day

by isleofman.com 2nd February 2012

THE Children's Centre and Davison's have teamed up to offer a sweet treat for your loved ones this Valentine's Day.

They are holding a chocolate workshop on February 11 at the Villa Marina Arcade between 10am and 4pm.

Under the watchful eye of staff from Davison’s members of the public will be able to decorate chocolate hearts with personalised messages, and have them gift wrapped, for their Valentine.

Juana Warburton, development manager for The Children's Centre, said: "We're delighted that Davison's is supporting us in what will be a fun event for all ages.

"It's a wonderful opportunity to create a very special Valentine's Day gift and in the process everyone who takes part will be raising funds for The Children's Centre's charitable projects such as MOBEX, Out2Play, the child contact centre, the community farm and other community projects."

Places for the chocolate event are limited and can be pre-booked by contacting Susie Cox or Michelle O'Malley at The Children's Centre on 01624 676076.
