TT: Closer to the Edge to be screened in Peel

FILMS in Peel will be screening TT: Closer To The Edge at the Centenary Centre next month.

 

The highly successful documentary (cert 15) will be shown on Wednesday, February 8, at 7.45pm in the Blu-Ray format and not 3D.

 

TT: Closer to the Edge was filmed during the 2010 TT and was directed by Richard De Aragues and produced by Isle of Man Film and CinemaNX.

 

The story goes some way to explaining what makes the top riders tick and focuses on Guy Martin as he prepares to race.

 

Steve Christian, chairman of CinemaNX, will introduce the film.

 

Tickets are on sale now at Celtic Gold in Peel or will be available on the door if it is not sold out. A limited number of reservation tickets are available at Mostly Manx, Douglas, Shakti Man, Ramsey and Thompson Travel, Port Erin.

 

Doors open at 7.15pm and the film starts at 7.45pm.

 

Refreshments are available before the film.
