New opponents for IOM: will venue change too?

The Isle of Man senior men's football side will now play Liverpool County in the next round of the English FA Inter-League Cup.

That's after West Yorkshire, who had beaten the Merseyside team in the previous round, were kicked out of the competition for fielding two ineligible players

A statement from the English FA, announcing the ejection, goes on to say the panel which made the decision also agreed the match should be played on the original date, February 18, and at the venue for the West Yorkshire tie.

Liverpool County had previously said they wouldn't play on the synthetic pitch at the Isle of Man's national stadium, but Island manager Kevin Manning is hopeful the tie will go ahead at the Bowl:
