Go-ahead given for Landkom deal

by isleofman.com 30th January 2012

A Manx-registered company which invests in agriculture in the Ukrain can be sold to Alpcot Agro.

Last week, the Isle of Man's High Court approved the deal and, at the weekend, Landkom revealed it had been given the green light by the Antimonopoly Commission of Ukraine.

Because of the deal, Landkom is cancelling its shares admission to the Alternative Investment Market tomorrow.

Landkom produces rape seed, wheat, barley, maize and soyabean for the global food and biofuel markets.
