New start for Peel resident Kershaw

by isleofman.com 30th January 2012

'A man of the world who is glad to be on the road again' is the title of an interview in the Independent newspaper with Peel resident Andy Kershaw today (Monday).

The paper calls the BBC presenter a weather-beaten 52-year-old, who talks frankly about his upcoming theatre tour, describing it as the start of a new life.

Pictured skateboarding on Peel promenade, Kershaw talks about his highs and lows, including his frustrations with authorities in the Isle of Man.

He served time in prison here in 2008 for breaching a restraining order.
