Snow set to fall this weekend?

RONALDSWAY Met Office has warned that there is a risk of snowfall in the Island this weekend.

 

The weather forecast shows the possibility of snow today (Friday), Saturday and Sunday.

 

Forecasters have said there is a risk of icy patches today with slight snow on the highest roads.

 

This evening there will be a widespread frost with the risk of ice patches.

 

The minimum temperature today will be minus two degrees Celsius.

 

On Saturday there is a risk of snow on the hills with frost and icy patches at times.

 

The minimum temperature will be minus two degrees Celsius.

 

Sunday’s forecast shows the risk of snow on the hills for some time although the temperature will rise to a minimum of four degrees Celsius.
