by isleofman.com 27th January 2012

The Isle of Man could be in the 'Eye of the Storm' at the Mount Murray Hotel in Santon today (Friday).

That's the title of the Manx State of the Nation Conference, organised by the Island's Alliance of Compliance Professionals.

Issues on the agenda include the current threats facing the economies of the Isle of Man and United Kingdom, risk management and an assessment of the Island's burgeoning space industry.

Chief Minister Allan Bell is delivering the annual speech at 8.50am.
