Harassing cases: further remand

A man convicted of harassing former MHK Bill Malarkey and advocate Hazel Smith has been further remanded in custody.

Jonathan Fletcher, of Saddlestone, was arrested ten days ago after failing to appear in court.

He will be sentenced after social inquiry and psychiatric reports have been considered.

Fletcher is next due in court on Friday, February 10.
