POLICE are trying to trace a man who may be able to help with their enquiries into a public disorder incident.
They have released a CCTV image of a man, who is wearing a black coat and navy blue hat, walking in Douglas.
Police say they need to speak to the man in relation to an incident of public disorder which happened outside Marks and Spencer in Drumgold Street at 11am on Saturday, January 21.
