by isleofman.com 21st January 2012

Police have released more information about an incident outside Arbory School on Thursday morning.

A flatbed truck driving past parked cars clipped a wing mirror with a metal pole, which then fell off and landed on a car.

The incident happened at 8.40am and police say the driver didn't stop at the scene, but drove off towards Colby.

Officers want to trace the vehicle which is described as a white or blue open backed truck, with some sort of coloured emblem on the side.

Anybody with information is asked to ring Police Headquarters on 631212.
