Early completion 'a sign of the times'

Chief Minister Allan Bell has said he is pleased to see such efficient work, after the new Northern Civic Amenity Site was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.

The facility, at Balladoole near Ramsey, was declared open by political member of the Department of Infrastructure Graham Cregeen MHK yesterday (Friday) morning.

Mr Creegen said the new location made the services provided much more accessible for people in the north of the Island, while Mr Bell, one of the Ramsey MHKs, said the opening of the site reflected the current economic situation (listen to audio file below):
