Treasury Minister Eddie Teare says some details of government deals have to be kept confidential because of commercial sensitivity.
He was speaking after facing more questions in Tynwald from South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft about CinemaNX.
She asked for information about dividends paid by the film company and its subsidiaries, as well as a forthcoming review by consultants Oxford Economics.

Mrs Beecroft acknowledges there has to be a degree of commercial confidentiality, but says there needs to be increased scrutiny when public money is invested.
