THE group marketing manager of The ILS Group in the Isle of Man is being seconded to Asia.

Kara McCabe will work from the group's offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai throughout April, May and June.

Her secondment is part of The ILS Group's ongoing strategy to grow business in Asia and will support ongoing activity in the region including the China Offshore Summit series of conference in Beijing and Shanghai.

Chris Eaton, the chief executive officer of The ILS Group, said: "Kara's secondment represents ILS's continued commitment to Asia as a vital market for new business and reinforces our view of the importance of the region and the potential it holds globally.
