Learn about Manx law free of charge

President of the Isle of Man Law Society Jason Stanley says a new eBook, available for free online, will help people understand the Island's legal system.

Professor Peter Edge's Manx Public Law was first published in 1997, and has been digitised and uploaded to an online archive by Oxford Brookes University.

It's the first full scholarly text to be published on Brookes' Research Archive and Digital Asset Repository, and Mr Stanley, a local advocate, hopes the move will lead to a greater public understanding of law:
