BUS Vannin has reminded members of the public that the new bus timetable comes into operation today (Monday).

Some of the routes and the times of services have changed.

A spokesperson for Bus Vannin said: "The changes are limited and have been designed to balance the needs of passengers with the need to reduce the cost of bus services to taxpayers.

"This has been done by refining the core network, improving services where demand is strong and cutting costs by revising other services where least inconvenience is caused to passengers."
