The chief executive of Age Concern Isle of Man says the charity is facing 2012 with 'quiet optimism'.
George Quayle has been speaking ahead of the rebranding of the charity, which is due to change its name to 'Age Isle of Man' early in 2012.
The move will bring it into line with changes in the United Kingdom, where the name 'Age UK' was introduced some time ago.
Mr Quayle says a lot of discussion has taken place with colleagues in the UK during the past year, after Age Concern merged with Help the Aged.
