JOCK Waddington made Parish Walk history in June when he became the first man to win the event four times in succession.
He led the race from start to finish and completed the 85 miles in a time of 15 hours, one minute and 48 seconds.
Vinny Lynch came second, in a time of 15 hours, 15 minutes and 44 seconds, and Richard Gerrard took third place with a time of 15 hours, 23 minutes and 21 seconds.
Around 1,700 people took part in the Parish Walk with over 1,000 walkers making it to Peel and 159 people completing the whole course.
Dean Waddingham, the managing director of race sponsor Scottish Widows, said: "It has been another fantastic day with a wonderful atmosphere everywhere and an absolutely brilliant occasion yet again."
A number of well known faces from the Isle of Man took part in the event.
The Island's Lieutenant Governor Adam Wood walked from Douglas to Rushen in a time of four hours and 42 minutes.
The Governor started the race alongside former Olympic gold medallist Roger Black who also walked to Rushen in a time of five hours, 22 minutes and 45 seconds.
A number of politicians also took part including Dudley Butt MLC, the then Rushen MHK Quintin Gill and Rushen MHK Phil Gawne.
Marcia MacLeod walked the 11 miles to Santon in a pair of bright pink high heels to raise money for charity.
Update: In August it was announced that Scottish Widows had withdrawn from sponsoring the Parish Walk. Manx Telecom announced in October that it would take over the sponsorship. For more on this click here.
