IN August the new Bowl Stadium was officially opened, Island students excelled in their GCSE and A-Level exams and the Festival of Jurby attracted thousands.

 

The Douglas Horse Trams celebrated their 135th anniversary and an auction was held at the former home of jailed businessman Trevor Baines.
