Warning to athletes who train at night

With less than a week to go to the shortest day of the year, people out training in the dark are being urged to make sure drivers can see them.

Entries for the Manx Telecom Parish Walk opened at the beginning of December, and the number of people preparing for next summer's event is expected to increase after Christmas.

Parish Walk race director Ray Cox is urging people to wear the right kind of clothing:
