Timetable changes to Steam Packet sailings

by isleofman.com 14th December 2011

THE Steam Packet Company has announced a number of timetable changes to today's services.

The Ben-my-Chree service to Heysham departed at 11am instead of 8.45am to allow for weather improvement.

This caused a knock-on delay to the return sailing which is now expected to depart at 3.30pm and arrive in Douglas for 7pm.

Passengers have been requested to check in no later than 14.45pm.

Sailings on the Manannan, which has been brought into operation early to allow the Ben-my-Chree to carry more freight, have also been affected.

The 2pm service to Heysham is expected to depart at 4pm and the return sailing at 4.30pm is expected to leave at 6.30pm.

The Steam Packet Company says this is down do "berth availability caused by the weather related late departure of the Ben-my-Chree".

Any passengers who would like to discuss their bookings can contact the reservations team on 01624 661661.
