Cannan was 'confrontational', retorts Moffatt

Relations between the Trades Union Council and the Civil Service Commission have taken a turn for the worse.

Isle of Man TUC president Angela Moffatt says the one meeting she has had with the new chairman, Alf Cannan MHK, went badly as he effectively gave her an ultimatum over pensions, and was not open to negotiation.

She told John Moss the experience was 'quite odd':
