Ramsey out of drop zone

by isleofman.com 10th December 2011

Ramsey beat Ellesmere Port 14-11 in a tight game at Mooragh Park in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Two and climbed out of the relegation zone in the process.

A Fintan Cummins penalty, plus a try from Ali Trace, got Ramsey into an early lead but Ellesmere Port hit back with a Dave Addis try and a penalty from Paul Millington.

In the second half, Millington put Ellesmere Port into the lead with a penalty, but two from Cummins at the other end gave Ramsey the win.
