Lack of sailings puts pressure on farmers

by isleofman.com 8th December 2011

High winds in the Irish Sea have meant the Ben-my-Chree has had a severely disrupted service and several stores on the Island have been running out of stock, particularly fresh goods which are brought in on a daily basis.

Belinda Leech says whilst farmers have been coping, it does cause them several difficulties, especially with sudden changes in demand.
