Inquests into the deaths of two Manx Grand Prix competitors reopen today (Thursday).
Retired police officer and taxi driver Adam Easton, 71, from Musselburgh in Scotland, died from multiple injuries when he crashed near Cronk-y-Voddy during the 500cc Classic race in August.
Former Lightweight winner Neil Kent, from Lincolnshire, lost his life when he crashed at Greeba Bridge during a practice session.
Last year, the 49 year-old won the John Goodall 'Spirit of the Manx' Award in recognition of sportsmanship, endeavour and commitment.
Mr Easton's inquest will resume at 10am at Douglas courthouse.
Mr Kent's will reopen at 2pm.
