The agriculture minister says proposed changes to the European Union's Common Agricultural Policy will not directly affect the Isle of Man.
Phil Gawne says as the Island is a non-EU member, whatever happens will not automatically come in here.
However, his department will be closely watching what is decided, as Tynwald is committed to providing a similar level of support for Manx farmers:
