BALLACOTTIER School will hold a Christmas fair on Wednesday to raise money for the school.

The Friends of Ballacottier School, a registered Manx charity, will be raising money to provide school children with sports kit, library books and musical instruments.

There will be a large number of stalls, some run by the pupils, including face painting, a lucky dip, toys, books, DVDs and a Christmas hamper competition and tombola.

Father Christmas will also make an appearance in his grotto.

Hot drinks, soup, hot dogs and cakes will also be available to purchase on the night.

Ballacottier School's Christmas fair will take place in the school sports hall on Wednesday, November 30, from 6pm to 8pm. Admission is free.
