Police warning after valuables are stolen from unlocked property

POLICE have reminded members of the public to lock their houses after a burglary in Onchan on Friday (November 25).

 

At sometime between 8am and 4pm a 16 inch black flat screen TV and DVD player were stolen from a house on Mount View Road.

 

The property was unlocked at the time.

 

Police have asked members of the public to be vigilant in making sure valuables are not left on display and to secure their houses when they are out.

 

Anyone with information relating to the Onchan theft is asked to contact PC David Thommeny at Onchan Police Station on 01624 675190 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
