LegCo election a two-way fight

by isleofman.com 25th November 2011

Two candidates will contest the vacant seat on the Legislative Council, at a special sitting of the House of Keys next month.

They are retired meteorological Officer Brian Rae and Tony Wild, who is head of priority services at Standard Bank Isle of Man.

The seat became vacant when Clare Christian was elected president of Tynwald at the July sitting of the court.

The LegCo election is on Monday, December 12.
