Lantern parade cancelled due to high winds

TONIGHT'S lantern parade through Douglas has been cancelled due to bad weather.

 

The parade, organised by the Isle of Man Arts Council, was due to start at 6.45pm.

 

However due to high winds it has now been postponed until Thursday, December 1.

 

The Christmas lights will still be switched on at 7pm at Douglas Town Hall.
