Crossroads Caring for Carers Charity Art Exhibition opened to contributors and supporters of the charity at the Hodgson Loom Gallery, Laxey Woollen Mill last night (Monday 21 November).
Over 35 local artists have contributed artwork to make an Exhibition of artworks by local people to raise money for the local charity when all artwork is auctioned following the Exhibition.
The Exhibition features pencil drawings, paintings, canvas prints, photography, glass work, ceramic and jewellery from artists including Hazel Walsh, Roberto Edmanson Harrison, Diane McCudden, Eileen Schaer, Simon Park, Richard Kinley and Felicity Wood. The Exhibition is open to everyone until Friday 2nd December, at 5.00pm.
A sealed bid box will be available for visitors to the Gallery to place a bid on a piece for those who would like to take a piece home but can not make the auction night. The Auction will take place at the Hodgson Loom Gallery on Friday 2nd December at 7.00pm. All proceeds go Crossroads and everyone is welcome.

Crossroads Caring for Carers provides respite for those looking after someone with an illness, disability, frailty, substance abuse or mental health problem on the Isle of Man as well as providing meaningful care and developmental services for children and adults with additional needs on the Isle of Man.
