Police appeal after car jumps red light

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a small silver car drove through a red light narrowly missing pedestrians who were using a road crossing. 

 

It happened at around 8.40am on Monday, November 7, at the pedestrian crossing on Woodbourne Road in Douglas. 

 

The car is believed to have contained at least one passenger and was being driven by a male.

 

Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact PC Hayley Curtis at Lord Street Police Station on 01624 631212.
