Do you want to sing with Blake?

by isleofman.com 19th November 2011

Time is running out for local singers who fancy sending in an audition tape to try and secure an opportunity of a lifetime.

The classical vocal quartet Blake is performing at the Villa Marina on December 9 and is looking for a choir to provide backing.

The group is being brought to the Island by Junior Achievement and proceeds from the concert will go towards benefiting young people on the Island.

Chief executive of the charity, Sue Cook, is encouraging interested choirs to get in touch:

You can call 666266 if you fancy getting the link to upload a YouTube clip.

Last year Junior Achievement volunteers worked with over 4,000 young people in the Isle of Man, going into secondary schools to deliver educational programmes.
