SIX Kingdoms has said moving to a bigger premises in Douglas will allow the company to continue with its planned expansion.
The company has moved to Clarendon House in Victoria Street and will begin another recruitment drive in the New Year.
John Hewitt, the general manager of Six Kingdoms, said: "We are now employing approximately 30 people and our new office has the capacity for us to reach our original target of around 100 which we announced during our recruitment drive in July.
"We initially earmarked the end of this year to achieve that goal but it took us a little longer than expected to finalise our move to Clarendon House and this means we've had to revise our expectations in terms of recruitment.
"We're really pleased with how business has developed over the last six months and we are anticipating that will continue into the first half of 2012 and beyond."
Six Kingdoms Services Ltd is a contract centre provider and current services include the payment of loans and processing of loan repayments on behalf of an Isle of Man based loan provider.
The team at Six Kingdoms works transatlantic hours and offers a more flexible way of working compared to some employers.
Sarah Gomersall, assistant general manager at Six Kingdoms, said: "We have another four staff due to start with us before the end of the year and will continue recruiting over the months ahead.
"We are an equal opportunities employer and are especially keen to meet school leavers, college students, people who have had a career break or those who are interested in a career change."
Full details of the recruitment drive will be made public in the New Year.
