Historic rugby match at Ramsey

by isleofman.com 12th November 2011

Two Manx sides will meet in a South Lancashire and Cheshire League match for the first time this afternoon (Saturday).

Ramsey host Vagabonds at Mooragh Park in a Division Two clash.

The home side are struggling and currently occupy a relegation spot.

In contrast, Vagas have recovered from a sluggish start to the season to climb to sixth in the table.

The leading Isle of Man side is Douglas who are third, only two points off top spot and with a game in hand.

They face a stiff test today with a trip to fifth placed Sefton.
