POLICE are investigating a road traffic collision that left a Ford Focus with a damaged front bumper.
The incident took place in Market Place car park in Peel yesterday (Thursday) between 8.30am and 1.15pm.
Police say an unknown blue vehicle collided with the silver Ford Focus which was parked near to the public toilets.
The blue vehicle failed to stop at the scene.
