Part of Marine Drive remains closed this morning (Friday).
The scenic road is shut off to the public from the Douglas end, by the Point Apartments, just below Manx Radio.
It follows an incident about 9.30pm yesterday in which a vehicle hit a wall.
Infrastructure officials are concerned about damage to the wall and want to carry out a thorough inspection.
