A new law which would see the Legislative Council elected by the public faces its latest challenge today (Tuesday).
The Electoral Reform Bill is down for second reading in the Council when it meets this morning.
It's the brainchild of David Callister MLC, and would change the way the Island elects all of the members of Tynwald.
