Cable and Wireless appoint SME business account manager

CABLE and Wireless Communications has announced the appointment of a new small and medium sized enterprises (SME) business account manager.


Joanne Cutsforth takes up the newly created position and will help to provide support to Cable and Wireless Communications's growing SME customer base.


Joanne has five years experience in the telecoms industry having previously acted as a sales executive for a local telecoms provider in its consumer and mobiles department.


Whilst there Joanne passed her ILM Level 3 award in Workplace Coaching and won awards for customer service.


She said: "Although I already have a lot of experience in the area I am looking forward to the increased responsibility of this new role and the challenges it will present.


"I am keen to get started working with the Cable and Wireless Communication team and begin building relationships with clients."


Stephen Kane, head of sales at Cable and Wireless Communications, said: "As a locally based business we have a unique understanding of the challenges that businesses face and services they demand on the Island.

 

"The addition of Joanne will help Cable and Wireless Communications to deliver the best possible customer service to the small and medium sized local businesses that we work with."
