MANX National Heritage is running sport themed workshops this half term to tie in with its current sports exhibition.
To celebrate the Our Sporting Life exhibition the Manx Museum is hosting "Let's Get Physical" from Monday.
The fun and interactive workshops will encourage participants to test their own athletic ability and mental agility and find out what it really takes to become a world class athlete.
There will be an opportunity to take part in a bike race challenge using the exhibition's Watt Bikes, compete in a virtual sports competition and complete a series of sport-based challenges in the exhibition gallery.
Let's Get Physical is aimed at young people between the ages of seven and 16. Sessions will run twice daily from Monday, October 24 to Thursday, October 27, at 10.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 3.30pm. Each session costs £2.50 per person and participants are encouraged to wear trainers and comfortable clothing.
There will also be a family fun yoga workshop at the museum on Friday, October 28, where yoga instructor Heidi Danaher will show families how to stretch and breathe in order to relax the body and mind.
This session is suitable for all ages and abilities and all equipment will be provided. Tickets cost £5 for adults and £2.50 for children aged between five and 18.
