LOCAL financial services group Boston has announced three appointments as part of its expansion plans.
Gary Ormond, Douglas Kelly and Jodie-Lee McFarlane have been appointed at the group.
Gary, who is an associate member of the Institute of Financial Services, takes on the role of assistant manager.
He has experience in the provision of trust and corporate administration services and prior to moving to the Isle of Man in 1998 worked for more than 15 years in the Yorkshire Bank PLC trustee department.
Since moving to the Island Gary has been employed by two of the Island's major financial organisations primarily dealing with trust and corporate services provision.
Doug Kelly, who is a qualified as a chartered certified accountant, has been appointed as a senior client accountant.
He has previously held a role at SMP Partners where he dealt with clients from multiple jurisdictions.
Jodie-Lee McFarlane has joined Boston as a client accountant.
She graduated in 2006 from Northumbria University with a degree in accounting and finance before joining Odyssey Partnerships Limited as a trainee accountant.
To build on this role she moved to another local company which later merged with SMP Partners. At SMP Partners she concentrated primarily on producing financial statements which is her main responsibility at Boston.
Jodie-Lee is in the process of studying towards her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.
