MANX Telecom is launching a number of new initiatives this month in a bid to offer more to its customers.
As well as a complete rebrand the company is opening a new shop in Douglas and launching a new broadband internet service and a price match promise on mobile phones.
David Smith, the director of marketing at Manx Telecom, said: "It's going to be a big month for us.
"Every company needs to keep its brand image up to date and we think there's lots to like about our new brand - not the least of which is the fact that it's rooted in the Isle of Man - from the choice of photography, to the use of colours that are so representative of the Island, to the choice of Christy DeHaven as the voice of our brand."
As well as the new branding Manx Telecom has spent £500,000 on the new shop on Strand Street in Douglas and this will open on Wednesday, October 12.
David continued: "We love the new store and think our customers will too. We've got something for everyone. Early adopters will be able to get their hands on the widest range of latest smartphones and gadgets and customers looking for expert advice and guidance will appreciate our new 'techbench' area."
The launch of the price match promise will ensure Manx Telecom customers get the best deal when buying a mobile phone.
David explained: "Today mobile phones are a part of everyone's life but choosing the right phone and getting the best deal can be confusing.
"Now with our price match promise Manx Telecom customers will have the assurance that any phone they buy from us will come at the best price on the Island - if not we will refund the difference.
"It's a simple promise but one which we know will save our customers time and money and we expect it to be very popular."
October will also see the launch of Manx Telecom's new broadband service Ultima. This will offer download speeds of up to 40 Mb per second and upload speeds of up to two Mb per second – three times faster than the current top broadband speeds.
The service will be available to approximately 60 per cent of all households and businesses in the Island.
David continued: "We think that Ultima demonstrates all that's best about Manx Telecom - a great product only made possible by our massive investment in the Island's telecommunications infrastructure and something which puts our customers in the fast lane when it comes to broadband speeds.
"Communication, keeping in touch and taking advantage of all that the internet has to offer has never been more central to people's lives and everything we are launching in October is part of our determination to make sure that Manx people get the best technology and great value delivered locally to the highest standards."
