PASSENGERS planning to travel to and from Liverpool on the fast craft today have been warned to expect disruption.

The Steam Packet Company has said sailings on the Manannan are likely to be disrupted and possibly cancelled due to forecasted bad weather.

Strong winds will reach gale force by this evening and will affect the 3pm sailing to Liverpool and the return sailing at 7pm.

Passengers who needed to travel to the UK today were advised to transfer to this morning's sailing to Heysham on the Ben-my-Chree as there is no availability on the evening service.
