Vote responsibly - Speaker urges decisive CM vote

by isleofman.com 5th October 2011

Island politicians are being urged to vote responsibly when they elect the next Chief Minister.

Ramsey MHK Allan Bell and Onchan member Peter Karran will contest the top political job in a two-way vote next Tuesday to succeed the retiring Tony Brown.

Speaker of the House of Keys, Steve Rodan, says it’s important the vote is decisive, as an inconclusive result would not be in the Island’s interest.
