Day of two of Southern Area Plan inquiry

The inquiry into development in the south of the Island enters its second day in Castletown.

The Southern Area Plan undergoes public scrutiny from the public, commissioners and various companies for two weeks.

It's being held at the Morton Hall and is being chaired by independent inspector David Hollis.
