Pole position for Rea at Magny-Cours

by isleofman.com 1st October 2011

CASTLETOWN resident Jonathan Rea has qualified on pole position for the World Superbike races at Magny-Cours in France tomorrow.

It marks a continuing brilliant return to form for the Castrol Honda rider who won last time out at Imola in what was his second round back after recovering from a big injury.

Jonathan beat Eugene Laverty (Yamaha) and championship leader Carlos Checa (Ducati) to secure the top spot.
