A BURST water main is causing problems to the stability of a road in West Baldwin.
The B22 West Baldwin road has been closed between the junction with the A23 and Baldwin Bridge.
The Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority has said an emergency road closure has been granted until full repairs are undertaken.
Access to Ballachrink Farm will be maintained from the A23. Access to other properties will be maintained via the B12 East Baldwin road and Baldwin Bridge.
It is believed that water supplies to the surrounding area are not being affected.
