GARFF has 3010 constituents and is made up of the parishes of Maughold, Lonan and the village of Laxey and it has one seat.
Two candidates are standing for election in Garff. They are Steve Rodan and Nigel Dobson.

Nigel Dobson – Challenger
Businessman Nigel Dobson is standing for election in Garff as a Liberal Vannin Party candidate.
He is one of the founder members of the Liberal Vannin Party and is a current member and former chairman of Lonan Commissioners.
Nigel stood for election in Garff in 2006 but lost out to the sitting member Steve Rodan.
Speaking about standing for election he said: "The next five years are likely to be extremely challenging for whoever is elected to the Keys and a strong voice to challenge and question government can only help to ensure right decisions are taken to secure the future prosperity of our precious Island."
On a national level his priorities include maintaining quality of life, diversifying the economy and supporting traditional industries. At constituency level his priority is to give constituents a strong voice in the House of Keys.
Steve Rodan – Sitting Member
Steve Rodan is the sitting member in Garff and will stand for re-election as an independent candidate.
He was first elected in 1995 and has represented the constituency ever since. He is also the Speaker of the House of Keys - a post he took up in 2006.
During his political career he has served as the Minister for the Department's of Education and Health and Social Security. He has also chaired numerous parliamentary select committees and represents the Island in the British Irish Parliamentary Assembly.
Speaking about standing for election Steve said: "My commitment to an economically strong, politically self-confident and stable Isle of Man is total."
On a national level his priorities include employment, rebalancing public finances and reducing public sector expenditure. At constituency level his priorities include regeneration, supporting local primary schools and protecting the countryside.
