Burst main causes water problems

by isleofman.com 19th September 2011

The Water and Sewerage Authority says households between Farmhill and the Crosby area may have problems with their water supply this morning (Monday).

A burst main supplying the Braaid reservoir means some people could have low pressure, or water might be discoloured.

Anyone with discoloured supplies is advised to run the cold water kitchen tap until it runs clear.

Engineers are trying to repair the main, and you can ring the authority, on 695949, for further information.
