The ongoing legal row over footpaths at Langness is set to continue this morning (Thursday), with a hearing at Douglas Courthouse.
It's the latest chapter in the long-running saga over public rights of way on the peninsula.
More than ?100,000 of taxpayers' of money has been spent so far on trying to resolve the row between TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson and the pressure group PROWL (Public Rights of Way Langness).
The process of making paths at Langness into public rights is being challenged by Mr Clarkson who owns some of the land in question.
He and his wife are lodging a petition of doleance after a public inquiry concluded all bar five footpaths should be dedicated as public rights of way.
The hearing is due to start at 10am.
