Land swap housing plans go on show

Heritage Homes is unveiling plans for a large housing estate in Kirk Michael this afternoon (Wednesday).

The developer is seeking permission to build 100 properties behind the village school.

Education officials recently agreed to a land swap between the company and the school, which would allow access to the proposed development.

The scheme would also include changes to the playground and school field.

The plans will be on display in the offices of Michael commissioners from 3pm to 8pm, and Heritage Homes staff will be on hand to anwer questions from residents.
